What is a dietetic health supplement?
If you search online for those words individually, you’ll probably come across something like this:
- Dietetic - "Concerned with diet and nutrition"
- Health - "The state of being free from illness or injury"
- Supplement - "A substance taken to remedy the deficiencies in a person's diet"
From those definitions, you can start to form a better picture of what it is we do at APOC Science.
We’re on a mission to provide a quality of life for all people and have created a collection of products that use natural, everyday ingredients found in ordinary diets to do this.
Are your supplements “all natural”?
The bioactive ingredients we use in our supplements are plant-based natural compounds, which are added to a formula that contains no added sugar, is gluten-free, and vegan friendly. We don’t promote our supplements as “all-natural” however, as some of the ingredients we use to improve stability and absorption aren't considered naturally occurring.
How are dietetic health supplements used?
Our supplements are supplied in a custom-designed box that comes with a spill-less oral syringe for hassle-free usage. Take one serve of 4 mL per day, or for even best results, two servings of 2 mL – one in the morning and one in the evening.
Can you pair supplements together?
Yes, you certainly can. A great feature of our supplement range is the fact there are natural synergies between certain products that can be leveraged to enhance health outcomes. You can see our recommendations for product pairings on each of the product pages of our website.
Are your supplements safe to use with other medication?
If you have a medical condition or are taking prescription medication, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before using our supplements.
Can I take your products if I have a medical condition?
We recommend that you speak to your health practitioner before taking any product if you have a medical condition.
Are your products safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
It is recommended that you seek advice from your health professional before consuming any food if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Areyour products suitable for all genders?
Yes, all of our products are suitable for all genders.
Are there any side-effects?
While there aren’t any known side-effects for the type of bioactive ingredients we use and their dosage, everyone is different and it’s impossible to rule out adverse reactions completely. If you do experience any unexpected side-effects, discontinue use, and consult with your healthcare professional.
Can people under 40 use your supplements?
Yes, they certainly can. The bioactive ingredients we use can help all people - regardless of age or gender - manage health challenges relating to weight, muscle, exercise and more. The reason we focus on people over 40 is because the natural ageing process we all go through creates certain conditions in our bodies that can benefit most from the dietetic supplementation we offer.

Where are your supplements made?
Are products are proudly made in Australia. We have a production facility in Brisbane, Queensland.
Shipping
Do you ship your supplements to other countries?
Yes, we ship all over the world.
When you place an order, we aim to process and ship it on the same day if it is placed before 2pm our time. Our preferred shipping partner is Australia Post, and we will provide you with a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
Please note that the delivery speed of your order will often depend on several factors beyond our control. Most orders will be received between 7-10 business days, however that can vary for some countries.

How do I check my tracking?
You will have received your tracking number via email by the next business day after ordering. If you have not, email team@apocscience.health with your order number, and our staff will send through your tracking.
Our Gurantee
Do you offer a guarantee with your supplements?
Yes, we offer a 90-day guarantee. That means if you don’t see results after 90 days, you may qualify for a full refund. You can read more about the terms and conditions on our guarantee page.
Refunds
Can I return my purchase?
Yes, if you find that your purchase isn't right for you, you can return it for a refund. We accept returns of unopened items within 7 days of receipt. To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that the item is in its original packaging and unused. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
